Do you get up early and do anything, or do you wake up and just start getting ready for work? Productive days don’t happen by accident. The most successful people have a consistent morning routine, and they very rarely stray from it. Try our morning routine for a successfully start into your day:
Wake up early. Just do it! it only sucks for the first 5min of just getting out of bed by 5:35am you’ll be glad you got out of bed.
Stretch for 15 min is a perfect way to really wake your body up and get straight into a cold shower to shock your system.
Workout to kick start your Day! Whether you do a few easy exercises to wake up or jump right into a tough workout is up to you. The important thing is to get moving!
Protein smoothie is how we start our day off on the nutrition side of things. Going back to our athletic days it’s been great to add this into our daily routine.
Read something positive for 15min, whether it is your favourite book or even just motivational content, try read something.
